Furniss pointed out that McAdam has worked with companies of all sizes during his IBM career. As General Manager Mid-market Services (Canada) he was responsible for establishing and growing market share for IBM Global Services in IT outsourcing, consulting, and technology services. As Director of US Mid-Market Strategic Outsourcing, he was responsible for sales and technical support for IT infrastructure outsourcing services. In his last position at IBM as Director and Client Solution Executive, he lead multi-disciplinary, international teams in the negotiation of strategic partnerships of $200 million and greater. His experience includes health sciences, insurance, and telecommunications outsourcing.
