In yet another of its unbelievable decisions, it has now ruled that Corrections Canada's ban on sexchange surgery for prison inmates is discriminatory and must be reversed. The decision relates to the case of Synthia Kavanagh, sentenced to prison as a male, but now claiming he is essentially female. Comment: This begs the simple question: why not ban tattoo removals, and any others of a cosmetic nature also?
