Kathy Brooks, widow of Bill Brooks -- a former Canadian Customs Officer, has made a $400 donation to CEUDA CEUDA Customs Excise Union Douanes Accise (Canadian Labour Union)  so that the union may purchase a bulletproof Refers to extremely stable hardware and/or software that cannot be brought down no matter what unusual conditions arise.
