CanFibre Appoints Bank of Tokyo Financial Resources Inc. as Financial Advisors for Funding of Proposed California MDF Plant.


TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 1996-- The CanFibre Group (CanFibre) is pleased to announce that it has executed an advisory agreement with the Bank of Tokyo Financial Resources Inc. (BOT) for their assistance in structuring and arranging debt and equity financing Equity Financing

CanFibre MDF is North America's first "Green" panel board. It is produced from materials normally dumped in landfills without the use of conventional Urea Formaldehyde resins, a growing environmental concern for current MDF producers worldwide.
