I am a Coventry kid and saw in your paper a young lady called Janet Spicer asking for pen pals for boys in the Army. I wrote off and got a reply from this young soldier on soldier on Verb to continue one's efforts despite difficulties or pressure active service in Kenya from Stoke on Trent. I wrote to him and we got on so well so we met up, got engaged, married, lived in Army quarters in Germany and have four sons and seven grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations.
