Now we're talking marriage and I do love him. We also have a good sex life.

But although I want to marry him, I also want kids and I need to know if this is possible, given his problem. I don't like to ask him because I know he'll be upset.

That said, men with a single testicle can and do father kids.

I'm pretty sure your boyfriend will have discussed it with his GP.
