Can I use steroids to build up my thin legs?

Q MY fiance and I split a year ago. We had a fight which ended with him breaking my finger to get the ring back.

My mum pressurised me to finish with him although I started the fight and he never meant to hurt me. He was devastated when he realised what he'd done.

My dad was violent and mum said she wasn't going to let it happen to me. But I can't get him out my head. We're meeting in secret. He says he still loves me - what do I do?

A IF I was your mum, I too would have very grave doubts about this man.

He did hurt you very badly. And while you may have begun the fight, he still shouldn't have ended it in the way he did.

So I'd go very carefully.

Maybe you can risk giving him one other chance, but it can only be one. I would not rush into any re-engagement either and I also think you have to come clean to your mum.
