Campus Pipeline Offers Dot-Com Career Advice for Women on May 16.

What does it take to land a job in high-tech? Where are the jobs? Why is high-tech a great place for a woman? These and other questions will be answered by MC Patton, manager of employee development, Campus Pipeline Inc. Patton and other speakers will take part in the spring First Security Bank's Women in Leadership panel series. The panel discussion is free and is open to the public.

Patton has specialized in high-tech recruiting throughout her career. In just the past year, she has recruited and managed the hiring process of more than 150 Campus Pipeline team members. Prior to joining the young Internet company, Patton served as a senior recruiter for Hall-Kinion, a high-tech recruiting firm headquartered in San Jose, Calif.
