Prior to joining Campus Pipeline, Pearson worked for
Hewlett-Packard as the wafer fabrication operations manager
for a state-of-the-art integrated circuit manufacturing
facility. She also occupied the HP positions of senior
financial analyst and manufacturing training manager, where
she oversaw an organization of 300 people focused on
increasing the pace of organizational learning and individual
development.
Pearson obtained her bachelor's degree in international
relations from Boston University and an MBA
from Brigham Young University.
