Campus Pipeline Inc. Thursday announced the promotion of Greg Bishop to vice president and general counsel, and Tyler M. Thatcher to vice president of corporate finance and treasurer.

Thatcher manages the company's financial assets and external communications, including cultivating and maintaining relationships with the financial community, while Bishop takes responsibility for directing the company's corporate governance, legal affairs, and intellectual property protection programs.

Bishop joined Campus Pipeline in November 1999 from Iomega Corp. where he served as the acting general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to Iomega, Bishop worked for Corning Inc. where he functioned as the general counsel for several business units and worked with Corning's strategic partners in Korea, Japan, India, Hong Kong and Europe.

Prior to Corning, he was in private practice as a commercial litigator in Washington, D.C. Bishop received his juris doctorate and master of business administration degrees from Brigham Young University.

Thatcher joined Campus Pipeline in June of 1999 as the company's director of corporate finance and investor relations after serving as the director of investor relations for Iomega Corp. During Thatcher's tenure at Iomega, the company received broad recognition as a leader in using technology to promote relations with a broad base of both retail and institutional investors.

Prior to his tenure at Iomega, Thatcher had several years of global financial experience in both the public and private sectors, including work at Fidelity Investments and NTT of Japan. He earned his MBA from Brigham Young University.
