Campus Apartments Adds 1,360 Beds to Its Management Portfolio.

Philadelphia-Based Student Housing Company to Manage Four New Texas Properties

PHILADELPHIA -- Campus Apartments, Inc. (www.campusapartments.com) has expanded its extensive student housing management portfolio to include four new properties in Texas, totaling 1,360 beds. The ownership group, Dallas-based Atlantic Housing Foundation (AHF), selected Campus Apartments to manage these properties for its unparalleled 50 years of operational experience in student housing.

Beginning January 1, Campus Apartments will oversee the management of Arbors of Denton in Denton, Texas, as well as Arbors of Sam Houston I and II in Huntsville, Texas. In addition, the Westfield Apartments in San Marcos, Texas, will be under Campus Apartments' management. These properties will continue to support students at the University of North Texas, Texas State University and Sam Houston State University. In 2008, Texas State University reached record enrollment levels and other Texas colleges also saw a dramatic spike in enrollment.
