Campers get the Bug after ill Camilla's exit; RESULT!

JOE BUGNER would not seem the obvious replacement for I'm A Celebrity casualty Camilla Beam-me-up - unless you saw him in the ring.

Bugner was to heavyweight boxing what Camilla was to heavyweight boxing. At least she's a looker. He was 24-carat palooka.

Camilla walked out after just three days in the jungle, which was a huge surprise. You would not have thought disgusting Antipodean insects would have troubled some who once romanced Brendan Cole.

The wafer-thin dancer looked crestfallen on Tuesday night to learn new jungle-mate Jordan had won just four meals in the bush tucker trial. That's not nearly enough for 12 campers. It's not enough for Jimmy White.

She clearly hadn't taken account of the hungry factor but that won't be a problem for Hungary-born Big Joe - he's used to taking a count.

Some say Bugner turned to boxing prematurely. He had just 16 amateur fights - the big problem was most were after he turned pro.

The 59-year-old was never popular with the British public after ending Henry Cooper's career in the ring.

Bugner was an adviser on the Russell Crowe boxing film Cinderella Man but was dropped halfway through, the story of most of his fights. His sacking prompted him to call Crowe "a gutless worm", but not loud enough for Russ to hear. Totesport rate Bugner at 10-1, while Blue Square make him 20-1.

Early favourite Jimmy Weight drifted from 7-2 to 6-1. That's because he seems to spend his time at camp sitting down while the action goes on around him- which pretty much sums up his snooker career.
