Campbell has appointed Montreal Trust as its agent to carry out this Program in Canada and D. F. King & Co. Inc. as its agent to carry out the Program in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. Shareholders who sell their shares through this Program will receive a price equal to the average price received for all shares sold through the Program on that day.
