THE subject of the snappilytitled documentary The Woman Who Stops Traffic (Channel 4, Tuesday) is Kris Murrin, who isn't such a stun- ner that everyone grinds to a halt to look at her - or a loony who runs out into the road. Instead she is a woman on a mission to reduce congestion The condition of a network when there is not enough bandwidth to support the current traffic load.
