Campaign targets tot car seat perils.


A NATIONAL campaign to persuade parents to fit their child car seats properly is to be launched tomorrow.

TV celebrity and new mother Philippa Forrester Philippa Forrester (born September 20 1968 (1968--) (age 39) in Winchester, Hampshire) is a British television presenter and producer as well as an author.  is to head the campaign in radio adverts, and leaflets issued in shops will offer tips on everything from buying seats to fitting them.

Latest figures show three children under the age of four died as unrestrained car passengers in 1999 while another 309 were injured in·jure
