CaminoSoft Corp. Reports Results for Third Fiscal Quarter.

CaminoSoft Corp. (OTCBB:CMSF) reported revenue for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2000, of $129,335, with a loss per share of 6 cents, and for the nine months $909,703, with a loss per share of 3 cents, compared with $338,655, with a loss per share of 2 cents, and $1,486,289, with a profit of 4 cents per share, respectively, for the same periods of fiscal year 1999.

Walter Kornbluh, president and chief executive officer, noted: "Our balance sheet remains strong, with cash and cash equivalents of nearly $3 million.

"During the recent quarter, the company changed its name to CaminoSoft Corp., increased the number of authorized shares from 10 million to 100 million, liquidated the balance of discontinued inventory and closed the warehouse facility in Los Angeles, which created an additional $5 million tax loss carry-forward, and changed the company's trading symbol to `CMSF,' reflecting the acquisition of Camino Software Systems and `Highway Server' software."
