In 2001, CaminoSoft signed a major agreement with Novell Corporation to offer its Intelligent Capacity Management and data storage solutions to the enterprise market. The new agreement with Impact will focus on the mid-market client seeking efficiencies in curbing data storage costs.

The agreement with Impact, effective May 15, 2002, provides proven technology for Impact representatives to handle the sales and marketing of CaminoSoft's data storage solutions and the new small business solution in certain areas in the United States. Walter Kornbluh, Chief Executive Officer of CaminoSoft, stated, "We believe Impact is uniquely qualified to augment our internal sales force and our recent agreement with Novell Corporation, providing CaminoSoft with coverage in areas in the United States where we presently do not have coverage."

Impact will launch CaminoSoft's Intelligent Capacity Management products in 5 major metropolitan areas in the U.S. and Canada, with plans to expand efforts to over 28 markets. "Data storage is a critical component in today's information technology environments. CaminoSoft delivers a five-star solution for efficient, intelligent use of a company's data storage investment. Impact was seeking a top-notch vendor in our storage segment, and we will market CaminoSoft's solutions vigorously among our client base, highlighting their technology and competitive advantages," said John Brussa, President of Impact.
