) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Metro Roofing Supply, Inc. in Springdale, Arkansas For the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers Metropolitan Area (Northwest Arkansas), see .
Springdale is a city in Washington and Benton counties in the northwestern region of Arkansas in the United States.
. Principal products of Metro Roofing Supply include a full line of residential roofing materials, accessories, and some commercial products. Estimated 1996 sales for the location are $6.0 million. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
