Cameratta Properties Presents Crafts on the River; First Street Village, High Point Place Developer sponsors Popular Event at Edison Festival of Light.


FORT MYERS Fort Myers, city (1990 pop. 45,206), seat of Lee co., SW Fla., on the Caloosahatchee River, near the Gulf of Mexico; founded 1850, inc. 1905. Cameratta Properties' Crafts on the River is one of seven major events that make up the annual three week celebration of the life and work of Thomas Edison. The Edison Festival of Light is comprised of six other major events: Edison Day of Discovery, Light up the Town, Junior Events, 5K Race, Stadium & Fireworks fireworks: see pyrotechnics.
