 National Corporation (Amex: CAC See Consumer Advisory Council. ; the "Company"), announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a $0.22 per share dividend payable on April 28, 2006 for shareholders of record on April 17, 2006. Shareholders of record on April 17, 2006 who choose to tender their shares in accordance with the recently announced modified dutch auction Dutch Auction

An auction where the price on an item is lowered until it gets its first bid, and then the item is sold at that price.
