), a multi-state/multi-bank holding company headquartered in Cambridge, Ohio announced the appointment of David S. Caldwell to the position of President/CEO of Westwood Homestead Savings Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Mr. Caldwell brings fifteen years of community banking experience to his new position including 12 years at Bank One (Columbus, OH), and 3 years as Senior Vice President at Central Carolina Bank & Trust (Durham, NC). Caldwell's most recent responsibilities included the supervisory management of 200 sales oriented associates in 25 retail branches and a 63 person Call Center.

Mr. Caldwell holds a BSBA in finance from Bowling Green State University Bowling Green State University, at Bowling Green, Ohio; coeducational; chartered 1910 as a normal school, opened 1914. It became a college in 1929, a university in 1935. , a MBA from the University of Dayton The University of Dayton is one of the ten largest Catholic schools in the United States and is the largest of the three Marianist universities in the nation. It is also home to one of the largest campus ministry programs in the world.  and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Graduate School of Banking.

Westwood Homestead is located in Westwood, a western suburb of Cincinnati, and reports total assets of approximately $157.4 million. Westwood also operates branch offices in Mt. Adams and Western Hills.
