Camco Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CAFI), parent company of Advantage Bank, announced the election of two new directors to its board. Susan J. Insley, Executive Vice President and a Principal of Cochran Public Relations, Inc. of Columbus and Carson K. Miller Carson K. Miller is the former President and current President Emeritus of Washington State Community College.

In 1969, Miller was drafted to serve in the United States Military because of the Vietnam War.

Miller has been President of Washington State Community College, a two-year comprehensive state community college in Marietta, Ohio offering technical degrees and lower division baccalaureate studies. Miller has been President since 1985 and has a Ph. D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Akron Enrollment in fall 2006 was 23,539 students.[1] The school offers more than 200 undergraduate degrees [2] and 100 graduate degrees [3]. Miller previously served on the Board of Directors of Marietta Savings Bank, a division of Camco's Advantage Bank, from 1994 until the retirement of the board in June 2001.

Active in community affairs, Miller has served as a board member of Marietta Memorial Hospital and member and past president of the Marietta Morning Rotary. He also served as a member and past director of the Economic Roundtable of the Mid-Ohio Valley, Director and past president of the Ohio Appalachian Center for Higher Education and on the Executive Committee for the Ohio Association of Community Colleges. Miller has received numerous Notable Honors and has had several publications. He and his wife reside in Marietta.
