Cambridge Industries and Amedia Link-up to Pursue Opportunities in China.

EATONTOWN, N.J. -- Amedia Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: AANI), a provider of switched Ethernet ultra-broadband solutions for the Triple Play Access Market, and Cambridge Industries Group, Ltd., a Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai-based business development, customer support and engineering firm, today announced that they have entered into a non-exclusive agreement under which Cambridge is to represent and distribute Amedia's solutions and provide other related services on behalf of Amedia in China.

In the context of serving as a distributor of Amedia's QoStream(TM) product family within China, Cambridge Industries will offer assistance with local regulatory compliance issues, supply localized product information and documentation, and provide engineering services in support of customer needs

Commenting on the agreement, Frank Galuppo, President and CEO of Amedia, noted "China is aggressively implementing Fiber-to-the-Premises infrastructure and represents a huge market opportunity for us. We are aligning ourselves with FTTP leaders such as Cambridge Industries and Tai Long Communication to pursue that opportunity."

On June 20, 2005, Tai Long Communication entered into a contract with Amedia to purchase Amedia's QoStream Fiber-to-the-Premises solution. The contract between Amedia and Tai Long was itself the result of a continuing partnership between Amedia, Hode Technologies and Tsinghua University. This agreement with Cambridge Industries is expected to further assist Amedia in pursuing and supporting China-based prospects.
