Chazanovitz, the Company's President and CEO, will be making a presentation at the 6th Annual Rodman & Renshaw Techvest Healthcare Conference. Mr. Chazanovitz will speak on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 to healthcare investors, analysts and money managers updating them on the Company and the recent draft policy decision issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding coverage for ICDs. The conference will be held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York from October 26 - 28.
