During his 14-year tenure, he also served in financial positions of increasing responsibility for the orthopedic subsidiary of Smith & Nephew.

Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mr. Palardy held various financial positions for the pharmaceutical company Rorer Group, Inc., and served in the audit group of Price Waterhouse LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol . Mr. Palardy is a certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
