: KFY), an executive search firm, to identify and solicit qualified candidates to fill two independent positions on the Board.

As part of the Nasdaq listing requirements, all companies must be overseen by a Board of Directors composed of an independent majority. To meet this requirement and pursue a Nasdaq listing, Cambridge Heart actively is seeking two candidates with strong industry experience to join its Board.
