Cambridge Heart Announces the Resignation of Robert Khederian from the Board of Directors.

TEWKSBURY, Mass. -- Cambridge Heart, Inc. (OTCBB: CAMH) today announced the resignation of Robert Khederian from the Board of Directors. Mr. Khederian and the Board over recent months have concluded that they are unable to work together effectively, and in response to a request from the Board, Mr. Khederian tendered his resignation effective August 12, 2008.

The Cambridge Heart Microvolt T-Wave Alternans Test measures a specific extremely subtle pattern of beat-to-beat fluctuations in a person's electrocardiogram.
