Cambridge Energy Corporation Announces the Formation of a Technical Advisory Committee.

LAFAYETTE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2002

Cambridge Energy Corporation (OTCBB:CNGG), an oil & gas exploration and production company with producing properties in Louisiana, today announced the formation of a Technical Advisory Committee with the appointment of its first member, Joseph Rochefort. The purpose of the formation of the committee is to further expand the Company's expertise in its field of operation.

Joseph Rochefort is currently the President and Chief Geologist for Nova Petroleum Resource Co. of Dallas, Texas. His former commissions include serving as the International Geological Data Manager for Mobil Corporation, the Chief Exploration Geologist/Geophysicist for Sun Exploration and Producing Co., and the Exploration Geologist/Geophysicist for Exxon Co. (USA). Mr. Rochefort has a B.S. degree in Geology and Geophysics from Texas Christian University, as well as an M.S. degree in Geology from Texas Tech University.

The committee's additional appointees will be experts from all areas of the oil and gas industry, and will be announced as they are commissioned. The committee will be charged with providing technical assistance to the Company regarding mid- and long-term exploration plans. Further responsibilities will include the adoption of new technologies and software for operations, and 3-D/4-D and stratigraphic analysis.
