:CNGG), an oil & gas exploration and production company with producing properties in Louisiana, today announced the formation of a Technical Advisory Committee with the appointment of its first member, Joseph Rochefort. The purpose of the formation of the committee is to further expand the Company's expertise in its field of operation.

His former commissions include serving as the International Geological Data Manager for Mobil Corporation, the Chief Exploration Geologist/Geophysicist for Sun Exploration and Producing Co., and the Exploration Geologist/Geophysicist for Exxon Co. (USA). Mr. Rochefort has a B.S. degree in Geology and Geophysics from Texas Christian University Texas Christian University, at Fort Worth; Christian Church (Disciples of Christ); coeducational; opened 1873 at Thorp Spring, chartered 1874 as Add Ran Male and Female College. It assumed its present name in 1902 and moved to Fort Worth in 1910. , as well as an M.S. degree in Geology from Texas Tech University.

The committee's additional appointees will be experts from all areas of the oil and gas industry, and will be announced as they are commissioned. The committee will be charged with providing technical assistance to the Company regarding mid- and long-term exploration plans. Further responsibilities will include the adoption of new technologies and software for operations, and 3-D/4-D and stratigraphic stra·tig·ra·phy
