Of the shares retired, the company received 1,830,414 shares in exchange for common stock the company held in a subsidiary. The remaining 200,000 shares received, and canceled, were previously issued for services which were in dispute. After the retirement of these shares, the company now has 16,975,823 common shares outstanding.
