The company experienced a delay in receiving certain production and financial information from its Indonesian operations which caused a delay in the filing of the quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This delay brings about an automatic, be it temporary, change in symbol. The necessary information was received from Indonesia and the company filed its quarterly report with the SEC on Friday, March 2, 2001. The information was processed and the OTCBB Daily List for March 5, 2001, lists the change of symbol for the company back to CNGG, to be effective March 6, 2001. During this period of temporary change of symbol, some of the reporting services experienced technical problems in keeping up with the change in symbol.
