WHAT:    In-depth commentary and analysis of the Cambridge
         Associates LLC U.S. Venture Capital Index(R) (VCI) and the
         Cambridge Associates LLC U.S. Private Equity Index(R) (PEI)
         for the quarter ending December 31, 2005 will be offered by
         Cambridge Associates.

            U.S. Venture Capital Index highlights include:

                --  The largest contributors to the benchmark's

                --  Yearly performance to 27.3%; due in part to low
                    interest rates that continued to enable a brisk
                    investment pace along with a healthy supply of
                    buyers.

                --  Rising commodity prices led to eye-popping returns
                    for the energy-focused funds in the index.

                --  The eleventh consecutive positive quarterly
                    return.
