Cambrian Communications Appoints William Opet President of Network Services; Telecom Veteran Will Play Leading Role in Company's All-Optical Broadband Services Rollout.

Cambrian Communications, a wholesale metropolitan area network (MAN) provider, today announced the appointment of William A. Opet as President of Network Services.

Opet will report to Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
