Cambrian Communications Appoints Michael Reedy as Vice President of Marketing.

Cambrian Communications, a wholesale metropolitan area network (MAN) provider located in Fairfax, VA, announced today the appointment of Michael J. Reedy as Vice President of Marketing.

In his new role, Reedy will plan and direct all facets of Cambrian's marketing function including product marketing, product management, and marketing communications. Previously, Reedy served as the Company's Vice President for Business Development.

Prior to joining Cambrian, Reedy was Senior Manager of International Business Development for Bechtel Telecommunications, where he helped secure contracts for the developing, engineering, and building of several large fiber optic networks.

In addition, he was previously a Managing Director of Sanders & Company, an international finance and trade development group in Washington, D.C. There he counselled U.S. and foreign public and private sector clients in U.S. and global telecom deregulation.
