(ME, TSE, AMEX:CBJ, CBJ.WT, CBJ.WTA) announces that its Board of Directors had adopted a resolution fixing the close of business on April 5, 1995, as the record date for the purpose of determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of its Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders.
