Dividends are payable in US dollars. However, dividend payments will be paid to Canadian residents in the equivalent amount in Canadian currency (Cdn $) by using the noon rate of the Bank of Canada Bank of Canada Canada's central bank, established under the Bank of Canada Act (1934).
