:CBJ) has approved a semi-annual dividend of US$0.025 per common share payable on December 18, 1998, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on November 27, 1998.

Dividends are payable in US dollars. However, dividend payments will be paid to Canadian residents in the equivalent amount in Canadian currency (Cdn $) by using the noon rate of the Bank of Canada Bank of Canada
