Cambia Security Taps Industry Veterans to Lead Market Introduction of New Change-Driven Network Security Technology; Rapid Growth Spurs Company to Move Headquarters.

ATLANTA -- Cambia Security, Inc. today announced the appointment of two industry veterans to lead the market introduction of the company's new change-driven security technology. Jethro Felton, formerly senior VP of worldwide sales and business development at XcelleNet, Inc., has joined as vice president of sales and business development; and Mark Wood, formerly director of product management at Internet Security Systems, joins Cambia as director of marketing.

Additionally, to accommodate its rapid growth in staffing levels, the Company plans to relocate its headquarters from the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) at Georgia Tech to Alpharetta, Georgia in July 2005. The Company's new facilities will provide more than twice the square footage of its current office space and is located at 11675 Rainwater Drive, Suite 675, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004.

Jethro Felton brings more than 25 years of software industry sales experience to Cambia. He has a proven track record of success in sales, business development, major account sales, and middle and executive sales management. Prior to joining Cambia, Jethro was Sr. VP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at XcelleNet, Inc. He was a founding partner of Catalysta Partners, LLC, a consultancy focused on helping early stage technology companies launch and grow their revenue generation efforts. In his early career, Felton held various sales management and sales positions with NDC, Triad Systems and ICL. In his current role, Jethro is focused on developing best practices for sales, management of customer relationships, and strategic business development. Jethro holds a Bachelor's of Business degree from the University of Georgia.

Mark Wood has more than 19 years of technology marketing experience, with significant expertise in product management, marketing and new product market strategies. Prior to joining Cambia, Wood was vice president of product management for EzGov, Inc., where he directed product strategy, product marketing and new product initiatives. Previously, Wood was director of product management at Internet Security Systems (ISS). During his six-year tenure with ISS, Wood had responsibility for all of the company's products and managed the entire product management department. He led the launch of ISS's RealSecure, the market leading software intrusion detection system, rising from revenues of $30K per quarter to more than $20M per quarter. Prior to ISS, Wood held various marketing and product management positions at leading technology firms, starting in 1986, including AT&T Bell Laboratories, Rockwell Network Systems and Distributed Systems International. For Cambia, Wood will focus on product management, marketing strategy and new product strategies. Wood holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Duke University and a Master's of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
