Cambar Software Inc. (CSI) today announced that it has been acquired by Supply Chain Holdings LLC (SCH), a Southeast investment firm, for an undisclosed amount.

CSI plans to leverage the new ownership group and funding to accelerate the growth of its supply chain execution software in target vertical markets.

CSI provides software solutions that streamline supply chain operations for business-to-business customers involved in the distribution of products, specifically in the healthcare, high-tech, consumer-packaged goods and food industries.
