Based on Pixim's Digital Pixel System technology, this composite surveillance camera complements its NETTUNO CamPX network surveillance camera with Power over Ethernet capabilities. Using Pixim's Orca Chipset, the camera delivers images in both normal and wide dynamic range scenes in any lighting conditions. Its image consistency and accuracy overcomes typical impediments of existing analog COD technologies to provide positive subject identification caused by variable lighting and limited color accuracy. The camera delivers 720 x 540 pixel progressive scan image capture with a global electronic shutter that minimizes motion artifacts.
