The bank is headquartered in New York City. , New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of . Thirteen million dollars was advanced under the new facility for repayment of existing debt. The credit facility has an initial borrowing base of $30 million, with a maturity date of Oct. 31, 2000. The company's borrowing base will be redetermined periodically based upon, among other things, current-year production and reserve additions. The credit agreement contains various covenants and restrictions common to borrowings of this type as well as maintenance of certain financial ratios.
