Callisto Announces Abstract on Atiprimod Carcinoid Response in Phase I Clinical Trial in Advanced Cancer Patients; Interim Results of Trial Published in 2006 ASCO Annual Meeting Proceedings.

NEW YORK -- Callisto Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:KAL) (FWB:CA4), a developer of new drug treatments in the fight against cancer and other major health threats, announced today that an abstract on Callisto's drug Atiprimod was published today in the 2006 ASCO Annual Meeting Proceedings at the 42nd American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia.
