Callipso Partners with CrystalVoice to Develop Next-Generation Enhanced IP Solutions.

, Calif. -- Callipso, a leading provider of enhanced IP services, today announced a strategic partnership agreement with CrystalVoice, a leading provider of enterprise IP voice communications software (communications, software) communications software - Application programs, operating system components, and probably firmware, forming part of a communication system. These different software components might be classified according to the functions within the Open Systems  solutions, to license CrystalVoice's Click-to-Talk(TM) software. As part of the agreement, Callipso will integrate CrystalVoice technology into their current product set and will offer the company's Click-to-Talk solution as a new hosted service offering to Callipso's enterprise customers across the country.

Initially Callipso plans to integrate the software into ProCaller(TM), a hosted prepaid phone card platform, and ProConferencer(TM), an on-demand audio conferencing See audioconferencing.  service, so that customers can have direct access to Click-To-Talk functionality from a customized Web interface. Callipso also plans to utilize the Click-to-Talk offering for private Voice over IP network solutions, as well as integrate the technology for specialized multi-player online gaming applications.
