Callidus Software, the business performance systems company, today announced that Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq:ADSK), the world's leading provider of PC and web design software, has purchased Callidus Software's variable compensation management package, TrueComp, to manage its direct sales force compensation programs for 500 payees.

Autodesk joins a rapidly growing list of high caliber customers for Callidus Software's TrueComp including America Online, Cadence Design Systems, Dun & Bradstreet, Newbridge Networks, Netscape Communications, Rhythms Net Connections Inc., Sun Microsystems, and Sybase Inc.

Under the Autodesk agreement, Callidus Software will implement and manage TrueComp, a complete solution for turning the administrative tasks associated with variable compensation programs into a set of strategic tools to increase a company's financial performance.
