"Winning here definitely gives me confidence for the Colonial," said Sorenstam, who will be the first woman to play in a PGA Tour event in 58 years. "It's a big challenge and it's going to be a learning experience for me, but I'm excited about the opportunity."

Sorenstam shot a 13-under-par score of 275 to dominate the Nichirei Cup.
