Call_Solutions Forms New Operating Unit to Focus on Facilities Management Alliances and E-Commerce Integration for In-house Call Centers.

George D. Dalton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Call_Solutions.com, Inc. announced today the formation of a new operating unit headed by Paul T. Danola as President - Facilities Management Alliances and e-Business Development.

Reporting to Frank Martire, Executive Vice President - Strategic Planning, Business Development and Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Danola's responsibilities will include developing and implementing new business strategies for managing in-house call center operations and bringing them to the next level of integration with e-commerce and fulfillment solutions.

Mr. Danola has served previously as the President of the E-Products & Services Division of Fiserv, Inc., focusing on e-commerce businesses and strategies. In this capacity, he worked to secure new business contracts with major global financial institutions to support their e-commerce strategy. Mr. Danola was also President of the Fiserv Credit Union Systems and Services Division for 5 years. In his role with Fiserv, Mr. Danola led operations and product planning in ten business units comprising over $250 million in annualized revenues; focusing on credit union and retail banking, small business and corporate banking, Web-based lending, banking and content solutions and electronic funds transfer processing. Mr. Danola was also a charter member of the Fiserv Corporate Product and Technology Committee where he served as chair of the sub-committee on e-commerce for 4 years, evaluating both technology and investment in new and emerging technologies and solutions. Prior to Fiserv, Mr. Danola was Director of Marketing and Product Management with Citicorp Information Resources, focusing on establishing software systems and servicing sales, facilities and resource management solutions and opening up a series of international markets through strategic alliances with Citibank Worldwide.

Mr. Danola left Fiserv in July of 2000 to help form a new company focused on developing integrated financial service applications that extended beyond delivery channel and back-office support. Business applications to be built through acquisition included Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data warehousing, call center support, fulfillment services, and e-commerce transaction with content/portal solutions for both retail and business customers. Management of the company has recently joined forces with Call_Solutions through common alignment of their business strategies.
