George D. Dalton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Call_Solutions.com, Inc. announced today the appointment of Dennis G. Punches to the Board of Directors for the Corporation.

Mr. Punches was one of the entrepreneurs in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  during the 1960's to grasp the importance of a need for a nation-wide financial teleservices company devoted to the collection of delinquent and defaulted consumer and commercial debts. He co-founded Professional Accounts Service that later became Payco American Corporation Inc., which earned recognition as the largest receivables management corporation in the United States. Mr. Punches served as President of Payco for 26 years and as Chairman for 11 years. Outsourcing Solutions Inc. acquired Payco in 1996.

The company is best known for its credit card, charge card and traveler's cheque businesses. . Since 1994, he has served on the board of Intrum Justitia Intrum Justitia is a credit management services (CMS) group based close to Stockholm, Sweden.

The group offers a wide range of CMS for commercial and consumer receivables and has a growth strategy that involves taking an active part in the industry's consolidation.
 BV, Europe's largest collection agency and since 1997 served as Chairman to Collection House, Limited, one of Australia's leading receivables management companies with offices throughout Australia and New Zealand.
