Call_Solutions Announces Creation of New Corporate Headquarters and Call Center Technology R&D Center With Acquisition of All City Call Center.

George D. Dalton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Call_Solutions.com, Inc. announced today the formation of a new corporate headquarters that includes the acquisition of All City Call Center, Waukesha, Wisconsin. The announcement is part of a plan to create an advanced customer care center that will serve as a research and development platform for new services in the expanding Call_Solutions(TM) network.

"We've been setting out on an aggressive course to create a nationwide network of complementary direct marketing and full-service customer support centers," commented Mr. Dalton. "As part of our business plan, we have been actively looking for a Milwaukee area call center operation to build upon. We could not find an independent service provider that met our definition of full service. What we were fortunate to find in All City is a very respected local company with all the right ingredients as a foundation for future growth."

Over the last six months, a small number of corporate employees have been working out of temporary quarters while engineering the growth of Call_Solutions from start up to over $ 30 million in annualized revenues. The Company now employs seven people in the corporate office and over 1,400 people in fifteen operations outside of Wisconsin.

All City has been serving clients nationally since 1985. The business has 21 employees with expertise in help desk and inbound call solutions for medical and health care associations, catalogue retailers, property management companies and other professional service organizations.

The Company together with All City expects to quickly double its current Wisconsin-based employment to over 50 professionals near term and to locate in combined headquarters at 20825 Swenson Drive, Suite 200, Waukesha, Wisconsin. Longer term, the Company has plans for its Wisconsin operations to grow to over 150 employees by the year 2004.
