CallRex Selected By ShoreTel To Provide VOIP Call Recording Solution For ShoreTel5 IP PBX System, Announces Telrex.

Telrex, the leading developer of VOIP recording Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) recording is a subset of telephone recording or voice logging, first used by call centers and now being used by all types of businesses.  and monitoring software today announced that it has been selected by ShoreTel, Inc. to provide VOIP (Voice Over IP) A digital telephone service that uses the public Internet as well as private backbones instead of the traditional telephone network. Many companies, including Vonage, 8x8 and AT&T (CallVantage), typically offer calling within the country for a  call recording and monitoring for the ShoreTel5 IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch eXchange) A telephone switch that supports voice over IP (VoIP). IP PBXs convert IP phone calls into traditional circuit-switched TDM connections for the PSTN.  system, which begins shipping this month.
