CINCINNATI -- CallCommand(TM), a leading provider of web-based communication solutions to automotive retailers nationwide, today announced the release of its new online training portal, Train OnCommand. -- Cost Efficiency

Time is money. CallCommand's site offers concise training tours of just 5-10 minutes per session and they can be taken right from the employee's desktop, which means employees do not have to leave the office to be trained.

-- Anytime, Anywhere

Courses can be taken when the employee has free time and, because courses are on the Internet, employees can even choose to take a course from home. This is especially useful for companies with employees at multiple locations across the country.

-- Automatic Tracking

CallCommand's tracking system follows an employee's progress through a course and automatically communicates to management that he or she has successfully completed it.

"CallCommand has made it easy for our customers to better understand our product thus providing them with the knowledge to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction and ultimately benefit from increased and sustained revenue," said Cariglia.

The new online training portal will be up and available to clients by November 14.
