CallBack Software Names New Product Energy Advantage; New SFA Product Is Designed To Streamline Customer, Prospect Management for Emerging Energy Markets.


BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1998--CallBack Software(TM) today announced a name for its new product line, CallBack An authentication technique that calls the sender back. After connection is made, the receiving side breaks the connection and calls the sender to ensure that the logon was made from the authorized computer. Callback prevents a stolen ID and password from being used on a different machine.  Energy Advantage. Energy Advantage facilitates relationship management of customers and prospects for deregulated, newly competitive energy companies.

Energy Advantage has features designed specifically for the energy market. Some of the new features, which are illustrated in the attached screens, enable sales and customer representatives to:
