MICK McCarthy's Wolves stars will have a welcome distraction from their battle for survival in the Barclays Premier League with a host of players receiving international call-ups.

For some the international break will mean vital World Cup qualifi-ers while for others there is simply the mater of playing for pride in international friendlies.
